Artist: Akane Moriyama Architect: Hideyuki Nakayama Work title: Picnic blankets for architecture installation "Where is Architecture ? Seven Installations by Japanese Architects" Exhibition period: April 29 - August 8 2010     In architecture installation at the National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo in 2010, architect Hideyuki Nakayama exhibited his unrealized “Tobira Project" by 1/3 scale.     In architecture installation at the National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo in 2010     "Where is Architecture ? Seven Installations by Japanese Architects"     Picnic blankets for architecture installation     While all models are shrunk into smaller size, 700% enlarged pattern were printed on the picnic blankets. This scale-confusing installation offered experience of illusion to visitors –as if they wandered into Alice in Wonderland.
